When you call for service you will be given an in home consultation appointment. During this appointment your wishes will be addressed and a maintenance program will be designed to fit within your homes unique needs.
We charge $15.00 per man hour ($30.00 Minimum Charge Per Visit, Includes Two Cleaners) with the exception of the initial service.
The initial service is charged between $20.00 to $25.00 per man hour, depending upon condition.
Once your home has been cleaned by our staff, it will be assessed a per visit charge, if you wish.

Our Basic Scheduled Cleaning Includes:
Clean and sanitize sinks, counter tops, and exterior of cabinets.
Clean exterior surface of all appliances.
Clean inside of microwave.
Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom floors.
Clean and disinfect tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks.
High dust all rooms for cobwebs.
Dust window sills, ledges and blinds.
Light dust furniture and knickknacks.
Clean doors and light switch plates as needed.
Remove all trash and replace liners.
Vacuum all carpeted areas.
Thoroughly clean all floors.
Wash, dry, and fold laundry on request. (Extra charge )
